NAMM 2016: Dynaudio
Dynaudio had some of their best monitors on display, the closest one in the picture being the M3VE/XE Studio Main System. It has a unique linear phase frequency response from 20Hz - 22kHz, Dual 12" ESOTAR2 Woofers, aluminum voice coil, Dual 6" MIdrange drivers, MSP cone, 75mm aluminum voice coil, 1.1" (28mm) ESOTAR2 Softe-dome tweeter, aluminum voice coil, Max. SPL (short term peak @ 1m): 133 SPL, and Heavy internal damping for minimum cabinet resonance.

Audio in 2011, relying on more than 25 years of experience in pro audio
and loudspeaker design to create EVE's critically-acclaimed and

doors of EVE Audio in 2011, my goal was to re-think and re-engineer each

Hollywood, Calif., March 9, 2016 – The Musicians Institute was formed in the late 70s under the guidance of members of the Wrecking Crew, a collection of crack Los Angeles session musicians who played on countless hit records. Initially designed to train the next generation of session musicians, it focused exclusively on music performance until the mid 90s. But as the industry evolved into the digital age, the Musicians Institute added course offerings in audio engineering and other disciplines. Now, most of their students seek to acquire a diverse range of skills to achieve success in a rapidly evolving industry.

Denon DJ was the spotlight for inMusic this year, the owner of M-audio, Alesis, Alto, Akai, and more.
Vinyl turntables are back and they now have a their own version, the VL12.
There was also the MCX8000, partly a Serato controller that can also run standalone without a computer.
