The music video / short film "Chains" accompanies the release of the song by the same name from The Herbert Bail Orchestra's upcoming second album History’s Made at Night, which is set to be released in early 2018.
"Chains" is a coming of age story, a defining portrait of a thirteen-year old boy growing up in the city. He must venture outside urbanity, into nature, to find the courage and inspiration to face his fears and cross a proverbial threshold.
"I wanted to capture part of my own childhood experience growing up in the late 80s and the metaphorical chains that can hold us all back," writes singer/songwriter and director Anthony Frattolillo of The Herbert Bail Orchestra.
The Herbert Bail Orchestra was named one of LA Weekly’s Best Shows to See in LA, has been featured in HuffPost and Nowness, and was the Winner of Best Music Video at the Ciclope Film Festival for their previous video "The Nature of Things"
